What's included
Every truck leaves loaded with protective gear. You don't pay for blankets by the piece and you don't rent them: they're part of the job.

A fixed amount, set after we've seen the list of rooms and the big pieces. You know exactly what it costs before you say yes. It's what most families prefer for a whole house.
Either way: the figure goes out in writing, no deposit is required, and you pay once the truck is empty.
July 1st
In Montréal, almost every lease ends on June 30. Our three trucks are booked for that week by March, and there's no fourth truck to pull out of a hat.
Two things that actually work: book early, and if your lease allows it, aim for June 30 or July 2. Same hours, same crew, often a better price — and an elevator that isn't monopolized by six of your neighbours.
