A moving company needs your name, number and addresses to call you back with a price. Nothing more — and here is what happens to it.
When you fill in the quote form, the chat module or the booking request: your name, phone number, email if you give it, pickup and destination addresses, preferred date and the details of your move. The site sets no advertising cookies. The checklist and your language choice are remembered only in your browser.
Solely to answer your request: to call you back, prepare your quote and plan the move. We never sell or rent your information, and we do not use it for advertising.
Requests are passed to our request-management platform (ADV/MVMT), hosted on Cloudflare's cloud infrastructure. They are kept for as long as it takes to handle your request and, if you become a client, for the period our accounting obligations require.
You may ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you. Write to info@mexdemenagement.ca or call 514 000-0000: we answer within 30 days, as Québec's Law 25 requires.
