It depends on volume, floors and distance — not on luck. We bill hourly with a minimum, or flat rate if you prefer a fixed number. Either way you get the figure in writing before you book, and it doesn't move.
Yes, but book early. All three trucks fill up for the July 1st stretch by March. If your date is taken we'll offer June 30 or July 2, which are often cheaper.
No. This is Montréal — we've lived with them for fifteen years. Just tell us the floor and the type of staircase when we quote, so we send the right number of people.
Yes, full or partial. Plenty of clients hand us the kitchen and the closets — the two rooms that eat the most time — and do the rest themselves. Boxes, paper and tape supplied.
We sort them and take them in the same trip. What's still good is donated, what's recyclable goes to the ecocentre, and only the rest is thrown out. That's the eco junk removal service, added to a move without booking a second day.
Yes, liability insurance in force. Ask for the certificate and we'll send it with the quote — a mover who hesitates to provide that is a red flag.
